Tom Ryan (born August 3 1986), who plays under the pseudonym Ogre 2, is a professional gamer from Pickerington, Ohio, USA.
, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer has initiated a 10b5-1 plan for pre-planned sales of stock. Mr. Ryan's plan calls for the exercise of 782,640 soon-to-expire options to buy CVS shares.

After paying taxes and acquisition costs out of cash proceeds of the exercise, Mr. Ryan will retain all of the remaining shares and will receive no cash. As listed in the company's proxy for its 2006 annual meeting of stockholders, Mr. Ryan beneficially owned approximately 7.8 million CVS shares as of March 2, 2006, and has not sold any CVS stock or exercised any options since that time.
