for Delivering Turnkey Communications Solutions for the Internet

CUseeMe Networks (NASDAQ: CUSM), the leading provider of voice and visual communications solutions for the Internet, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ), the largest supplier of computing systems in the world to provide Internet-based voice and visual communications solutions for Internet telecommunications operators, Internet Services Providers (ISPs) and Applications Services Providers (ASPs) in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region.

This agreement is based on a marketing and business collaboration between CUseeMe Networks and Compaq in the provision of value-added Internet communications solutions. The two companies will conduct joint business development activities for promoting a combined technological solution using Compaq's hardware and CUseeMe Networks' software solutions. With this agreement, CUseeMe Networks and Compaq can offer more revenue-generating opportunities to carriers and Applications Services Providers through complete and value-added communications solutions for the Internet and meet the increasing demands for access to visual Internet communications from anywhere at any time.
