In 2006, 46 percent of CFS's customer programs had one or more record breaking months. To date in 2007, those monthly records are sustained and 59 percent are on pace for record breaking years.

CFS credits its full complement of support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  for credit unions and investment representatives with making the difference. These support systems include new rep training, dedicated resources for fee-based advisory and life insurance specialties, ongoing training webcasts for existing advisors, and technology systems that support the reps for both "front and back office" procedures. In addition, the company has created a program development group that helps each credit union analyze its market base and identify needs of its members for investment services at each life stage. These systems are having a direct impact on sales with fee-based assets up more than 50 percent, and insurance product sales on pace to increase nearly 70 percent this year.
