CURTAIN RISES ON BLOODY `MACBETH'.Byline: Victoria Giraud Special to the Daily News ``Double, double toil and trouble: Fire burn, and cauldron bubble'': So goes ``Macbeth,'' Shakespeare's psychological and darkly occult play, now on the boards at the California Shakespeare Company in Moorpark. It's an excellent play, a karmic tale of bloody ambition, ominous riddles and retribution, performed with great authority by a talented cast.
