In the case that they sought additional counsel in determining the best benefit plan for their needs, they were reliant upon the mailed summary plan descriptions and phone calls to the company's HR department for assistance. With Authoria HR 3.0, CUNA Mutual Group will be able to deliver summary plan descriptions to its employees via corporate intranet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
