), today announced that Cumulus cumulus: see cloud.  has determined not to proceed with the previously announced acquisition of five radio stations in the Saginaw, Michigan market.

Cumulus and Wilks Broadcasting, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

LLC - Logical Link Control
 and Wilks License Co., LLC, which own the Saginaw stations, have mutually agreed to terminate a purchase agreement for such acquisition that was entered into in May 2002.
