 revenues of $1,044.7 million versus $879.3 million for the prior year. Earnings were $1.00 per share compared to $0.77 per share for fiscal 1994, an increase of 30%. The weighted average number of shares outstanding was 117.8 million for the year-ended January 31, 1995 versus 114.1 million for the prior year.

The Company also achieved record revenues of $281.7 million in the fourth quarter ended January 31, 1995, compared to $234.4 million a year ago, an increase of 20%. Earnings per share for the fourth quarter ended January 31, 1995 were $.28 per share based on 118.6 million weighted average shares outstanding compared to $.22 per share for the fourth quarter last year based on 116.3 million weighted average shares outstanding.
