CTS International Establishes New Division to Supply Aerospace Candidates Internationally; Global Recruitment Company Expands as International Aerospace Business Booms.


BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1998--CTS International, a global human resource company focused on providing highly-skilled technical personnel to the aerospace and information technology industries, today announces plans to expand international job placement.
