CTIA Elects Intrado Executive to Board of Directors; Dan Hoskins, Intrado Senior Vice President, Will Serve for 2005 Term.

LONGMONT, Colo. -- Intrado Inc. (NASDAQ:TRDO), North America's leading provider of 9-1-1 infrastructure systems and services, and experts in dynamic communications solutions, today announced the election of Dan Hoskins, Intrado senior vice president, to the 2005 Board of Directors of CTIA. CTIA is the international organization that represents all sectors of wireless communications -- cellular, personal communication services and enhanced specialized mobile radio. CTIA serves the interests of service providers, manufacturers, wireless data and Internet companies and other contributors to the wireless universe.

As senior vice president, Dan Hoskins leads teams responsible for sales and marketing of Intrado solutions to wireless, wireline and government markets. Dan previously served as vice president and general manager of the Wireless Business Unit, where he led the unit's growth from its inception to a market leader serving over fifty wireless operators. Previously, Dan served as vice president of Business Development and Marketing at Lucent Public Safety Systems, a unit of Lucent Technologies.
