CTI Data Solutions Allies With Future Network Services to Reduce Its Customers' Telephone Bills.

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 1999--CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTC:CTIG) today announces that its subsidiary CTI Data Solutions Limited, in the UK, has signed an agreement with Future Network Services (FNS), part of Future Integrated Telephony Plc, to market their telecommunications airtime package to its UK customer-base.

CTI has approximately 1,500 call management customers in the UK, many of whom continue to pay unnecessarily high telephone bills through BT's standard, or discounted, published rates. By switching their airtime to FNS, these customers will save a minimum of 30% off the standard BT Business Rate, and at least 20% off the BT Choices 2 discount rate.

They will also continue to receive a flexible and highly resilient telecommunications service, backed up by a full range of support activities through direct access to the FNS helpdesk and customer care facilities.

FNS was one of the first switchless resellers in the UK, having established relationships with Energis, Cable and Wireless Communications and AT&T. This agreement enables CTI to offer its customers access to a comprehensive portfolio of services from providers that are renowned for their high quality networks.

At the same time, CTI customers will receive increased cost savings since their buying power is consolidated rather than diluted.
