CTI Announces New Management Team.

CTI Diversified Holdings, Inc. ("CTI") (OTCBB:CDHI) announced today the following executive appointments: Mark Godsy - Chairman of the Board; Don Farnell - President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors; and Marlene Gaudry - Chief Financial Officer. These appointments represent the first step in building a new CTI management team.

Mark Godsy has been appointed as CTI's Chairman of the Board. Mark Godsy is an experienced entrepreneur who works in the areas of corporate development and venture capital. Mr. Godsy co-founded two Canadian biotechnology firms: Angiotech Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq:ANPI) and ID Biomedical Corporation (Nasdaq:IDBE). Mr. Godsy is the former Chief Executive Officer and the current Chairman of the Board of Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB:UTYW), a company that designs and manufactures high power linear wireless amplifying equipment. Before entering business, Mr. Godsy practiced law for about five years. Mr. Godsy is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and received his law degree from McGill University. He is currently a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Don Farnell has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the board of directors of CTI. Don Farnell has over 35 years of corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking and executive management experience, with a background in the technology and telecommunications arena. He has over 15 years of consulting experience, providing management advice to various high tech companies and conducting due diligence on high tech companies for institutional venture capital groups. Mr. Farnell guided the turnaround and growth of one public company from $750 million in assets to over $1.3 billion, achieving a ranking of 255 of Canada's 500 most profitable companies. Since September 2000, Mr. Farnell has been President and CEO of Sentry Telecom Systems Inc., which has been acquired by CTI. Mr. Farnell initially assumed the responsibilities of director, President and Chief Executive Officer of CTI on an interim basis in June 2001, but resigned these positions in October 2001 pending the completion of negotiations by CTI to acquire Sentry. He will now re-assume these responsibilities with CTI.

Marlene Gaudry has been appointed as CTI's Chief Financial Officer. Marlene Gaudry is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years experience in financial management. From 1988-1994, Ms Gaudry was employed with Price Waterhouse in their audit and advisory services division. From 1994 to 1998, Marlene had her own management consulting practice providing financial advisory services to a variety of companies. In 1998, Marlene joined BDO Dunwoody Chartered Accountants as a senior manager. In 1999, Marlene joined CTI as CFO and assumed the responsibilities of CFO in February 2000. In September 2000, Marlene resigned her positions with CTI pending the completion of negotiations by CTI to acquire Sentry. Ms. Gaudry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
