Revenues increased to $11,017,000 in fiscal 1995 from $7,519,000 in fiscal 1994. The Company reported net income of $514,000, or $.15 per share, for 1995 as compared to a net loss of $297,000, or $.09 per share, for fiscal 1994. As a result of the sales, the Company received approximately $550,000 in cash and a 10-year consulting agreement under which the Company will receive $150,000 per year.
