.EC) today announced financial results for the fiscal year ended May 31, 1995.

Revenues increased to $11,017,000 in fiscal 1995 from $7,519,000 in fiscal 1994. The Company reported net income of $514,000, or $.15 per share, for 1995 as compared to a net loss of $297,000, or $.09 per share, for fiscal 1994.

The Company also announced the following events:

In order to comply with the self-referral restrictions contained in the "Stark I" and "Stark II" regulations, the Company has sold its minority interest in two radiation therapy centers located in Tampa, Florida (21%), and Macon, Georgia (9%). As a result of the sales, the Company received approximately $550,000 in cash and a 10-year consulting agreement under which the Company will receive $150,000 per year.
