Under the agreement, CTG will use White Amber's human capital management (HCM HCM hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. ) solution to power its proprietary vendor management tool, CTGExchange(TM). The result is an innovative, Web-based solution that is tailored to meet each customer's unique business and creates a private marketplace between the customer and its selected suppliers to source, deliver, and manage resources based on established contracts and service-level agreements.

The White Amber application's modular, scalable, and secure design enables clients and suppliers to incorporate it as a transparent service within their businesses while they gain visibility and control over staffing supply and demand management. Benefits include improved service delivery and end-user satisfaction, dramatically enhanced process visibility and control, and documented annual savings of as much as 37%.
