), today announced the promotion of Lynn C. Blackwell to vice president of legal and corporate affairs.

A 13-year veteran of the company, Blackwell will continue to manage the company's government, public, media, and labor relations.

She also serves as vice chair of the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to affordable housing, and is chair of the American Gas Association Labor Relations Committee. She resides in South Glastonbury with her husband Jeff.
