CTG Retail Solutions was awarded its first contract shortly after its launch. WineISIT.com signed a contract with CTG Retail Solutions to develop a customer-specific marketing data warehouse application, including business intelligence through robust analytics and a sales/promotion portal website front end. WineISIT provides marketing services and information for the three-tier beverage alcohol industry in the United States. Through targeted consumer and retailer marketing programs and by providing customer need information, WineISIT enhances customer knowledge and satisfaction with the beverage alcohol buying experience. In one year of operation, WineISIT has signed retailer groups whose retail sales account for 8% of a $19 billion industry, through its CRM model.

Under a three-year, five-phase contract, CTG Retail Solutions will verify requirements; make hardware, software, and technology recommendations; and develop an operational portal site that will provide a central place for wine and spirit consumers, retailers, and suppliers to manage their business relationships.

CTG Retail Solutions' industry expertise will help WineISIT grow store traffic, strengthen store loyalty, and increase market share. WineISIT.com links to the retailer's customers; these customers will be able to read reviews and articles, download recipes, participate in chat rooms, and purchase their selections from thousands of wines and spirits. Retailers and suppliers will be able to use the site to conduct sales and marketing programs and cultivate customer loyalty. They will also have the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of their offers and marketing programs through the new website's data mining capabilities.
