: CTG), an international information technology (IT) solutions and staffing company, today announced the appointment of three new vice presidents.

Arthur W. Crumlish was named vice president, Strategic Staffing Services; Paul F. Dimouro was appointed vice president, operations; and Jonathan M. Harding was appointed vice president and general manager, North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. . In his new position as vice president of CTG's Strategic Staffing Services business, Mr. Crumlish will be responsible for delivering IT staffing and resource management solutions to some of the company's largest customers.

With 25 years' experience, Mr. Crumlish most recently served as controller for CTG's Strategic Staffing Services organization, where he was responsible for business plan development, financial reporting and analysis, pricing, contractual compliance, and policy/procedure implementation. He joined CTG in 1990 as manager of internal audit and has also held the titles of manager of general accounting and controller of the IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  national team during his tenure at the company. Prior to joining CTG, he was a vice president with Encore Management Group and corporate controller for CIS/Com-Pro.

As vice president of operations, Mr. Dimouro will be responsible for developing and monitoring CTG's operating performance and metrics; he will also play a key role in CTG's business strategy and planning efforts.

A 30-year veteran of the IT industry, Mr. Dimouro worked for CTG from the mid '80s to the late '90s, when he ran the company's supply chain management group located in Melbourne, Florida Melbourne is a city in Brevard County, Florida, United States. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 71,382. As of 2005, the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau is 76,646. . Most recently, he was president of the Integrated Document Solutions division at AOP (Automatic OPerator) An IRC channel host who moderates the topics, keeps online users in check and provides help for newbies unfamiliar with IRC software (mIRC, etc.). Whenever AOPs come into the channel, they inherit operator status.  Solutions, a Buffalo-based systems integration firm, where he led the development of company business strategy and planning while being responsible for all profit-and-loss functions of the company, including sales, consulting, operations, and finance. Mr. Dimouro has also held executive and management positions with leading IT consulting and services companies such as The Judge Group, Computer Sciences Corp., and Logicon.

As vice president and general manager of North America, Mr. Harding will be responsible for sales and delivery of CTG services and solutions in North America.

A 26-year veteran of the IT industry, Mr. Harding worked for CTG in the '80s and early '90s, when he was branch manager of the company's Pittsburgh office. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Viador, a leading self-service enterprise portal See corporate portal.  provider, and prior to Viador, he served as an operations executive for leading technology companies such as Brock brock
