CTG (NYSE: TSK), an international information technology (IT) and e-business solutions company, today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for quality management and efficiency in business practices, for all its 60 locations worldwide. The ISO 9001 standard, which prescribes quality requirements in design, development, production, installation, and servicing, was established by the International Organization for Standardization. The standard was developed to ensure that customer and organizational needs are consistently met and are provided within a framework of continuous improvement.

Starting with its European offices, CTG has gradually increased the scope of its ISO 9001 certification. CTG progressed from the first certified office in North America in 1996 to 37 certified North American offices in 1999. To achieve company-wide ISO 9001 certification, CTG underwent a series of rigorous audits by an external auditor, Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). These audits were conducted in 15 of CTG's 60 locations, randomly chosen by BVQI.
