CTDI Acquires Access Product Families from Verso Technologies.

 Technologies' family of access products, including integrated access devices, access routers, optical access devices and bandwidth aggregators. This acquisition includes the Verilink 8000/6000, iMarc, WANSuite, XEL-CORE, ArcaDACS, Shark, Prism, Orion, Terra, AS2000, and NetEngine product lines (collectively, the "Verilink Products").

The Verilink Products complement CTDI's existing portfolio of Access products which includes the AccessNode/UE9000, eLuminant, XCel (GoDigital), and fiber optic product families. CTDI's objective for acquiring the Verilink Products is to provide its customers with a comprehensive suite of access products. Regarding Verilink products, CTDI's strategy is to provide new product availability, repair and technical support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , and enhanced engineering services to evolve the products with new offerings and features. CTDI's engineering, manufacturing, and support services will include the transition of over 30 former Verso employees to CTDI, including a facility based in Huntsville, Ala. Leveraging this talent and product knowledge will ensure a smooth product management transition.
