Under the agreement terms, CTCLS will exclusively distribute Provantis, Instem LSS's proprietary software system designed for companies engaged in non-clinical safety evaluation studies.

The Provantis system, which is available on a variety of platforms including Windows NT, Unix and VMS (1) (Virtual Memory System) A multiuser, multitasking, virtual memory operating system for the VAX series from Digital. VMS applications run on any VAX from the MicroVAX to the largest unit. See OpenVMS. , better enables the exchange of data during safety evaluation studies at toxicology laboratories.

CTCLS aims to generate sales of 400 million yen ($3.3 mil) three years from now.
