The call will feature commentary by Victor A. Mancinelli, president and chief executive officer and by Don J. Steinhilber, vice president and chief financial officer.

The live, audio webcast will be publicly available in listen-only mode on CTB's Web site (http://www.ctbinc.com/invest.htm). In addition to the live webcast, a replay will be available to the public on the Company's Web site for three weeks following the call. To hear the live call, listeners should go to the Web site at least fifteen minutes early to download To receive a file transmitted over a network. In any communications session, "download" means receive, and "upload" means send. The download/upload often implies a big/little scenario, in which data is being downloaded from the "big" server into the "little" user's computer.  and install any necessary audio software.

Financial results will be released the morning of Thursday, October 25, and will be available on the Company's Web site and also on Business Wire.
