) today announced that it has finalized its acquisition of Sibley(R) Industries, Inc. CTB's intent to purchase the Anderson, Missouri firm was announced April 24, 1998. Sibley Industries is a leading manufacturer of brooders and heaters for poultry and livestock. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
