CTB/McGraw-Hill, the nation's leading educational assessment company has acquired Uniscore, Inc., a privately held test scoring company.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Uniscore, based in Delran, New Jersey, specializes in data capture, analysis and reporting for educational and commercial clients. The facility will be integrated into CTB/McGraw-Hill and will complement the company's state-of-the-art scoring facilities in Monterey and Sacramento, California “Sacramento” redirects here.
