CTA will perform remediation on embedded systems ranging from emergency operations and rescue equipment, to baggage, jet terminal, and airfield systems. The contract includes information technology systems at Los Angeles International, Palmdale Regional, Ontario International, and Van Nuys Airports.

Los Angeles World Airports is a recent example of an increasing number of contracts won by CTA to provide Year 2000 related services. Since completing its first Year 2000 conversion for the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1994, CTA has won Year 2000 contracts throughout 22 states; federal agencies such as the General Services Administration The General Services Administration (GSA) was established by section 101 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C.A. § 751). The GSA sets policy for and manages government property and records.  and the U.S. Air Force; and commercial clients nationwide.

Since 1993, CTA has converted well over 10 million lines of code The statements and instructions that a programmer writes when creating a program. One line of this "source code" may generate one machine instruction or several depending on the programming language. A line of code in assembly language is typically turned into one machine instruction. . CTA has also developed expertise in embedded systems Year 2000 remediation. CTA operates a network of four Conversion Centers across the country that act as "software factories" to perform Year 2000 conversions for companies wanting off-site assistance.
