CT office building bought for $32m.


The office building located at 8 Sound Shore Drive in Greenwich Connecticut has been purchased for $32.6 million. The property is a three story office building containing 72,100 square feet of office space with two stories of underground covered parking.

The purchaser is 8 Sound Shore Associates LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Steve Baker Steve Baker (born September 8, 1978 in Pontefract, West Yorkshire) is an English professional footballer who is a defender and currently plays for Gateshead.

Baker has played for a number of clubs including Middlesbrough, Huddersfield Town, Darlington, Hartlepool and
, Senior Managing Director, and Paul Kauffman of C&W's Stamford office will lead the marketing. The floor has been occupied by Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group which will be vacating the space when their lease expires on August 31, 2005.

The owners also appointed Albert B. Ashforth Co. of Stamford as building managers.
