They will work together to deliver services to mobile operators and service providers worldwide as part of CPS's Business Partner Program.

Mobile operators and service providers will offer these location-based services directly to consumer and corporate subscribers. The agreement will combine CPS's range of location-determination technology with CT Motion's Cellebrity(TM) services platform and applications.
