CT Expands Litigation Solutions Management Team; Increases Focus on Litigation Offerings in 2007.

To help drive its growth strategy, CT announces several new members to its Litigation Solutions management team: Tom Rump, vice president of Litigation Solutions, Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services; Bob Hopen, vice president of sales, CT Summation; and Tom Wolkner, vice president of sales, CT TyMetrix.

CT plans to expand its offerings in the Litigation Solutions area in 2007 and will continue to build on its current capabilities with help from its new management. From service of process solutions to e-billing, matter management and performance metrics to litigation support to e-Discovery, CT's goal is to provide its customers with clarity, organization, management and measurement in the litigation process through one partner. In order to help lead the way toward realizing that vision, CT has appointed Tom Rump as the new vice president of Litigation Solutions for Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services.

In his position, Rump has operating responsibility for CT Summation and CT TyMetrix and will manage the development and execution of the company's Litigation Solutions strategy. Since his appointment, Rump has devoted his time exclusively to CT Summation. It is anticipated that he will secure general management leadership for CT Summation, assume operating responsibility for CT TyMetrix and full-scale responsibility for the Litigation Solutions division during the latter half of 2007.

Rump began his career with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , where he held leadership assignments in various IBM software and technology divisions. In his final position there, he was CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  with operational responsibilities for aspects of a $2.6 billion sales and marketing profit center. Rump delivered results for 1992 and 1993 that exceeded industry norms and internal targets, and his division profits were the highest in IBM North America.

He has also served as the CEO of The Cedar Group, a small, London-based software company producing HR, financial and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  software. Rump was tasked with establishing a US-based operation to develop a complete CRM solution and create a comprehensive consulting practice. During his 5-year tenure, revenues grew from $3 million to $75 million.

As vice president of Litigation Solutions for Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, Rump is based at the CT Summation office in San Francisco.

Expanded Management Teams for CT Summation and CT TyMetrix

In addition to Tom Rump's appointment, CT has also expanded its Litigation Solutions management team to further drive its growth strategy. CT Summation added Bob Hopen as vice president of sales, and CT TyMetrix named Tom Wolkner as its vice president of sales:

* Bob Hopen: Hopen's position includes sales responsibility for all CT Summation products and services. He brings 20 years of professional sales experience and 15 years of sales leadership experience in the legal markets to his new role.

In this role, he formulated strategies and action plans that increased revenues by $60 million.

* Tom Wolkner: In his new position, Wolkner is responsible for leading CT TyMetrix in its continued expansion into the global and US-based corporate law departments and claims organizations. He is also continuing to expand the CT TyMetrix sales team to accommodate the increasing demand for CT TyMetrix's Web-based system, CT TyMetrix 360x, a unified platform for matter management and electronic invoicing. He is responsible for all of CT TyMetrix's sales efforts, both domestically and internationally.

Wolkner is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record. Most recently, he was executive vice president of sales for MarketWire where he led a team that doubled the company's sales in 18 months. Earlier in his sales management career, he was vice president of North American North American
