CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge Donation: Music impresario Mike Curb has donated $10 million
to California State University Enrollment
Northridge to endow the school's
arts college. The donation is the single largest cash contribution to
the university and the largest gift from an alumnus ALUMNUS, civil law. A child which one has nursed; a foster child. Dig. 40, 2, 14. . Curb attended the
school in 1962 and 1963. Half of the $10 million will go toward the
College of Arts, Media and Communications. The other half will help fund
the $100 million Imagine the Arts Center, a learning laboratory and

owner of Curb Records, based in Nashville. He also wrote more than 400
songs and composed or supervised the music for 50 motion picture
soundtracks. As leader of The Mike Curb Congregation vocal group he
produced 25 gold- or platinum-selling records. In recognition of the
gift, university President Jolene Koester will ask the California State
