CSUN WINS ON ROSSI'S LATE GOAL.

Ryan Rossi scored on a header from six yards out in the 75th minute to lift host Cal State Northridge to a 2-1 nonconference win over Oregon State on Tuesday.

Rossi broke a 1-1 tie on a cross pass from Sean Franklin Sean Franklin (born March 21, 1985) is an American soccer player currently playing for Cal State Northridge, and with the San Fernando Valley Quakes in the USL Premier Development League. , who was finished with two assists the Matadors (7-6-5).

CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge  got on the board first when Sunghyun Kim scored on shot from the top right of the box on a cross from Franklin in the 6th minute.

Bryan Jordan scored the lone goal for the Beavers (5-11-2) in the 11th minute to tie the score at 1-1.

The Matadors outshot Oregon State 16-8, making it a easy night for CSUN goalkeeper Kevin Guppy, who made one save.
