James Kenneth "Jim" Hahn (born July 3, 1950) is an American politician from the Democratic Party. He was the Deputy City Attorney (1975-1979), City Controller (1981-1985), City Attorney (1985-2001) and Mayor of Los Angeles, California
 and Encino attorney Ted Stein, will meet in a public debate at noon Monday at the Performing Arts Center A performing arts center, often abbreviated PAC, is a multi-use performance space that can be adapted for use by various types of the performing arts, including dance, music and theatre.  at Cal State Northridge.

The debate is open to the public with free parking available at Lot C on the east side of the campus at Zelzah Avenue and Plummer Street. Attendants at the parking booth will direct people to open parking areas and the location of the Performing Arts Center.

The Daily News and CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge  are sponsoring the debate as a community service to get the public more involved in the political process.

This is the second and last scheduled debate between Stein, the former Airport Commission president, and Hahn, who is seeking a fourth term.
