CSUN COACH PHENICIE QUITS WITHOUT COMMENT.Byline: Vincent Bonsignore Staff Writer Cal State Northridge assistant football coach Rob Phenicie has resigned from his position, the university announced Wednesday. The CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge football program has been under a campus board of inquiry investigation into possible NCAA NCAA abbr. Phenicie declined to comment about the resignation on the recommendation of his lawyer.
