Net income per share was $.01 in each period. Sales for the second quarter of 1995 were $4,033,000 compared with $4,261,000 in the prior year period.

For the six months ended June 30, 1995, net income increased 115% to $243,000, or $.06 per share, from $113,000, or $.03 per share, for the first six months of 1994. Sales were $7,958,000 compared with $8,321,000 in the prior year period.
