CSG Systems, a leading provider of customer care &billing (CCB) solutions to the communications industry, and CommTech Corp., a top provider of zero-touch, end-to-end flow-through provisioning and e-Business solutions, announced CSG will resell CommTech's FastFlow(R) products under the terms of a three-year agreement whereby CSG becomes a CommTech Authorized Reseller.

This alliance marks the continued expansion by CSG Systems into new product areas to provide a wider range of integrated solutions to its cable, telecom, and convergent communications service provider (CSP) customers. CSG has expanded its OSS portfolio in recent years by adding call center automation, financial services, workflow management, and flow-through provisioning to its CCB base, conceptually mirroring the moves of two other major OSS providers -- Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies -- to offer CSPs a one-stop shop.
