DIVA(TM), a leading provider of video-on-demand (VOD) interactive products and services for the cable television industry, and CSG Systems, Inc., a leading provider of customer care and billing solutions for communications providers, announced today that they have created a proprietary interface between the DIVA Video Server and CSG's customer care and billing solution, CSG Broadband Express(TM).

With this interface, CSG will be able to support its clients who are rolling out DIVA's VOD products and services that include several back office functions such as automatic processing of VOD movie purchases on the same bill as basic fees and subscription services; capturing account data; verifying subscriber eligibility and credit limits, and monitoring equipment.
