           CSF HOLDINGS EXTENDS EXCHANGE OFFER BY TWO WEEKS
    MIAMI, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CSF Holdings, Inc.


(NASDAQ-NMS: CSFCB) has extended the deadline for holders of four series of previously issued bonds to exchange their bonds for any one of three different series of newly issued notes.
    Deadline for tendering bonds for the exchange has been extended from Nov. 21, 1991, to Dec. 6, 1991.
    The company announced that approximately $10 million principal amount of bonds eligible for exchange had been tendered as of today.
    CSF Holdings, Inc. is a publicy owned company listed on the NASDAQ national market system under the symbol CSFCB.
