CSF HOLDINGS' CITIZENS FEDERAL BANK TO OPEN 35TH FLORIDA BRANCH

 MIAMI, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizens Federal Bank (NASDAQ-NMS: CFBKP), the principal subsidiary of CSF Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: CSFC) will open a branch banking office in Boynton Beach, Fla., in January.
 It will be the third new Florida office within six months for the federal savings bank which inaugurated branches in Clearwater and Boca Raton last July.
 Charles B. Stuzin, chairman and president of CSF Holdings, stated, "Our Florida expansion continues on schedule. At this time, we are analyzing several additional locations for further 1994 openings. Since January first of this year, our Florida deposits are up by $211 million, and I expect this growth trend to continue throughout next year."
 Citizens Federal Bank now has 34 offices in 13 Florida counties. They stretch from Spring Hill to Naples along the west coast, from Daytona Beach across the center of the state to Ocala, and down the lower east coast from Vero Beach to Miami.
 Citizens Federal Bank has $4.5 billion in assets and meets the regulatory definitions of "well capitalized." Its other banking offices are located in Ohio, California and Virginia.
