CSC wins award to provide sounding rocket launch support.FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 15, 1997--A contract team which includes Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :CSC) has been awarded a $136 million task-order contract to support the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center's sounding rocket program. As a subcontractor to Coleman Research Corp., Orlando, Fla., CSC's portion of the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is valued at $12 million.
