CSC wins $300 million task order contract to provide information security services to DOD.EL SEGUNDO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 1995--Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :CSC) Wednesday announced a contract to provide technical information systems security applications to the Department of Defense, along with other federal agencies and departments. CSC is one of three vendors, including Science Applications International Corp. and Merdan Group, both of San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. The Information Security (INFOSEC) Technical Services Contract contains 14 task areas.
