CSC signs information-technology alliance with The First National Bank of Chicago.

:CSC) Monday announced a seven-year technology alliance with The First National Bank of Chicago, the nation's 10th-largest bank.

The agreement calls for CSC to support the bank's re-engineering efforts and establish common systems to support its financial- reporting operations. As part of the agreement, bank employees who currently support applications development and maintenance projects will also join CSC, assisting the bank under the new agreement.

In addition, CSC will help First Chicago become the first North American North American

named after North America.
