CS Odessa Scores High on 2nd Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.SAN JOSE San Jose, city, United States San Jose (sănəzā`, săn hōzā`), city (1990 pop. 782,248), seat of Santa Clara co., W central Calif.; founded 1777, inc. 1850. , Calif. -- Last year CS Odessa launched a customer initiative to better gauge the satisfaction level of our customers. In the 2nd annual benchmark, CS Odessa emailed surveys to over 3,700 customers, at random, who had purchased any of the ConceptDraw products during 2008, and were asked to rate their satisfaction level on product quality and usability How easy something is to use. Both software and Web sites can be tested for usability. Considering how difficult applications are to use and Web sites are to navigate, one would wish that more designers took this seriously. Results were gathered from over 100 countries across the globe. Purchases that were triggered by word of mouth went from 3% in the first survey, to 8.1% in the second one, a total increase of 270%.
