The bill amends Bill Amend IPA: /ˈbɪl ˈeɪmənd/ (born September 20, 1962 in Northampton, Massachusetts) is an American cartoonist, best known for his comic strip FoxTrot.

To qualify for the exemption, the service member must be serving on active duty outside the state or outside the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and the vehicle must be primarily maintained at the place of posting. The service member's dependent spouse must reside at the service member's place of posting in order to also qualify for the exemption. The exemption applies only as long as the service member is on active duty outside the state and the owner complies with the security requirements of the state or any possession or territory of the United States where the member is posted. These provisions were approved by the governor and take effect July 1, 2007. Chapter 2007-49 L.O.F.
