CRiSP's Visual Editing Environment For UNIX And Windows Platforms is Now Available to the OEM Marketplace.


PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1999--

Vital, Inc., makers of the CRiSP text editor are now expanding their focus to include integration and bundling with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  software and hardware manufacturers, as well as IDE developers.

CRiSP is a multi-platform development tool which provides a very powerful, yet user friendly, interface for software developers and other office personnel. Vital, Inc. is now offering partnership opportunities for system manufacturers, as well as software manufacturers, who are searching for a user friendly development environment to integrate or bundle with their products.

Until recently, Vital, Inc. has focused on end user sales to market its products.
