CRUISE MOVIE PICKS SYDNEY OVER SOMIS.

The production company filming the Tom Cruise movie ``Mission Impossible II'' has decided on Sydney rather than Somis as the site for a high-speed motorcycle motorcycle, motor vehicle whose design is based on the bicycle. The German inventor Gottlieb Daimler is generally credited with building the first practical motorcycle in 1885. The motorcycle did not become dependable and popular, however, until after 1900.  chase scene.

Producers made the decision two weeks ago when they determined they needed to return to Sydney, Australia - where most of the movie was shot - to film a couple of additional scenes.

``We had to come back to Australia for a couple of pick-up shots from previous scenes so we decided to shoot the motorcycle sequence there,'' said Amanda Brand, publicist pub·li·cist
