Kleweno joins Princess Cruises from Bain & Co., a global business consultancy, where he was a senior partner. Kleweno has worked with Princess Cruises over the past five years and has been closely involved in both the strategic and operational development of the division during that time.

While at Bain, Kleweno also focused on customer-oriented businesses within a number of different sectors including travel and leisure, retail, and media and entertainment. He was a member of the founding management team of Bain's Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  office and played a key role in developing the firm's e-commerce e-commerce, commerce conducted over the Internet, most often via the World Wide Web.
