CRUCELL LICENSES PER.C6 TECHNOLOGY TO GLAXOSMITHKLINE.

 Biologics have announced that Crucell has signed a PER.C6 research license agreement with GlaxoSmithKline. This license allows GlaxoSmithKline to use Crucell's PER.C6 technology in research and preclinical development related to its portfolio of recombinant monoclonal antibody products.

Under the terms of the agreement, Crucell and DSM Biologics will receive an upfront payment and annual maintenance fees. Further financial details were not disclosed.
