CRUCELL/DSM SIGN LICENSING PACT WITH MITSUBISHI PHARMA.

A contract by which a domestic company (the licensor) allows a foreign company (the licensee) to market its products in a foreign country in return for royalties, fees, or other forms of compensation.

Under the terms of the agreement, Mitsubishi will make an upfront payment and pay annual maintenance fees. Further financial details were not disclosed.
