 CRSS SUBSIDIARY AWARDED DESIGN/CM CONTRACT FOR INTEL CORPORATION
 HOUSTON, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- CRS Sirrine Engineers, Inc., a subsidiary of CRSS Inc. (NYSE: CRX), has been awarded a contract by Intel Corporation to provide architecture, engineering and construction management services for the remodel and upgrade of its Fab 5 microelectronics facility in Aloha, Ore.
 The project includes the retrofit of approximately 35,000 square feet of cleanroom fabrication space plus a new energy center. The purpose of the project is to convert the Fab 5 facility, built in 1978, from a development fabrication area to production area.
 The CRS Sirrine Engineer's design and construction management team will work in and around the operating facility. Design for the project is well under way with overall project completion expected to be finished by March 1993.
 CRS Sirrine Engineers has previously worked for Intel at this Aloha, site and is currently working at Intel sites in other parts of the country. The Portland, Ore., office is responsible for providing the necessary services to support this project.
 CRSS, through its subsidiaries, is one of the largest and most diversified design and construction services companies in the nation today. CRSS is also involved in the independent power and cogeneration industry and has expanded through its controlling interest in NaTec Resources, Inc., (NASDAQ: NATC), into the acid rain/pollution control market.
