CROWN LABORATORIES INC. ANNOUNCES THE COMPLETION OF THE FIRST PHASE OF ITS MANUFACTURING PLANT

(AMEX EC: CLL.EC) announced today that the first phase of its multistage governmental certification of its Las Vegas manufacturing plant has been completed. The Nevada State Health Department has granted to Crown permission to begin the manufacturing of dry mixed and milk based products to this manufacturing position.

Craig Nash, chairman of the board of directors, stated that Crown is now processing raw materials into finished dry mixed products with planned first deliveries later this month.

Scott Nash, president, stated that the production of Crown's uniquely aseptic packaged liquid nutritional products are expected to commence next month after National Food Laboratory finishes its commissioning program which began in early June. He further stated that upon acceptance by the Federal Food and Drug Administration, Crown's combination of proprietary processing packaged equipment will be the only one of its kind in the United States.
