CROWN CENTRAL PETROLEUM ANNOUNCES PASADENA REFINERY ACCIDENT

 BALTIMORE, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- At approximately 1:20 p.m. today, a fire and explosion occurred at the Red Bluff Tank Farm, owned and operated by Crown Central Petroleum (AMEX: CNP) in Pasadena (Houston), Texas.
 The tank farm is located approximately one mile from the Crown Central Petroleum Refinery and serves as a product loading terminal. The fire has been confined to the loading rack area. Its cause has not been determined at this time. Crown's Emergency Response Group has been on the scene since the occurrence. One minor injury of a Crown employee was confirmed. Further information will follow as is available.
