In the Bell-Jeff Invitational, Desert Christian girls and boys won their third consecutive team titles with Division V victories at Griffith Park Griffith Park is a large public park at the eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains. It is situated in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The park covers 4,210 acres (17 km²) of land, making it one of the largest urban parks in North America. .

Jynnifer Wright was an individual winner over the 2.9-mile course in 19:23 and the Knights, third in the Southern Section Division V rankings, placed all five runners among the top 12.

Junior Claytonia Tarazi (19:59) and sophomore Amy Spoelstra (20:38) were fifth and seventh, respectively. Sophomores Nadia Tarazi (21:57) and Erin Rees (22:04) rounded out the scoring in 12th and 14th, respectively.
