CRMnet.com Announces Annual Meeting Results.

TORONTO -- CRMNet.com Inc. (TSX Venture - CRM.H) announced the results of its annual and special meeting held on September 30, 2004.

[R][sup.3]In addition to the approval of the company's financial statements and the appointment of Moore Stephens Cooper Molyneux as auditors, the shareholders elected John Gingerich, David Ross, Mirella Howell, Clara Mancini and George Dinadis as directors of the company; approved a new Stock Option Plan; and the private placement of common shares according to the Rules of The TSX Venture Exchange.

[R][sup.3]The shareholders voted upon and approved a special resolution to authorize the Board of Directors to effect a reverse stock split of the Company's common shares at a specific ratio to be determined by the Board of Directors within a range from one-for-two to one-for-ten within a 12 month period from the date of the Annual Meeting. The shareholders also voted upon and approved a special resolution to change the name of the company to Advance Exploration Inc.

[R][sup.3]The Board of Directors has not yet determined to give effect to these special resolutions; however, once a decision has been made, the company will issue a press release announcing any such change(s).

[R][sup.3]CRMnet.com Inc. is currently inactive. Management intends to pursue potential acquisition(s) for the company in an effort to reactivate its business. Shareholders will be advised if and when any progress or decisions are reached.
